We've been working hard to bring you an action-packed afternoon that celebrates your love for trucks while raising money for The Community Rescue Service. This event is all about big rigs, loud engines, and a fun time for everyone. Gates open for display vehicles
Vehicles that have been pre-registered can arrive at the event starting from 8am to park their trucks, complete any final polishing, and prepare for the day's activities. The deadline for show vehicles to enter is 11am.

Gates open to the public
Come on in and join us at the ! The gates are open for all the truck enthusiasts out there. Don't forget to bring your camera to capture some amazing shots of your favorite rigs. And while you're here, treat yourself to some delicious food from our fantastic catering vendors. It's the perfect opportunity to mingle with like-minded truck lovers and chat about everything related to trucking. Just a heads up, the gates will close to the public at 2.30pm as we get ready for the exciting run out.

Truck Run of the Iconic NW200 Circuit
This is the moment we've all been waiting for! The grand finale, when all the display vehicles will embark on a thrilling lap around the legendary NW200 circuit. Get ready to witness an incredible truck run as they leave the university in a magnificent spectacle.
As a part of the NW200 Festival week, we will be hosting the NW200 Gala Dinner on Saturday, 4th May 2024 following the NW200 Truck Run. This exclusive event will take place in the beautiful setting of the Hospitality Marquee at the pits. Along with the spectacular venue the fabulous catering and service for the evening will be provided by the renowned and award-winning Arbutus Catering. We are also delighted to announce that one of Northern Irelands funniest and most entertaining stars the charming Colin Barkley will be the compere and comedian for the night, ensuring a delightful atmosphere. To add to the excitement, the evening will be further enhanced by live music performed by Atomic who have a massive following and are recognised as a first-class act and they will be keeping the festivities going till late.
Entry to the Gala Dinner will be by ticket only so don’t miss your opportunity to have a fantastic evening out with friends, staff or customers whilst supporting such a worthwhile and essential cause.
Tickets for the event are available for only £95 per person with tables of 6+ available, there will also be a charity auction on the night.

We have secured some space for safe overnight parking for those truck owners/drivers wanting to attend our Community Rescue Service Charity Gala Dinner in the North West 200 Hospitality Marquee on Saturday night after our Truck Run.
The is all about bringing together truck enthusiasts for a day of fun while supporting a great cause. We're passionate about trucks and the community, and we believe that our event is the perfect way to celebrate both. Join us and be a part of something special!
